As my house is quickly coming apart and some of my favorite pieces are walking out the door {i.e. my console table and mirror}, I can't help but start to think of my next place I'll decorate. Besides the obvious question- Where and when will it be?(since Hong Kong is temporary for now) I keep asking myself the questions ... how will my style have evolved? Will I go for painted walls or white? Will I ever get that sofa I dream of? What fabulous piece will I put it the entry? I always seem to think about the entry first...just like I do when I walk into a client's home. I thought these were great suggestions for the entry in Lonny this month...
Number 3 looks familiar doesn't it? I already miss my sunburst mirror, but I'm trying to think happy thoughts. So on to new ideas. Here are some favorite consoles at the moment.

They aren't too consistent in style, which means...I'm wandering. Since I dabble in different styles all day long with work, my personal style jumps all over the map. I'm kind of excited for the clean slate that comes with selling all your stuff. More on that coming soon.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing the suggestions for the entry in Lonny, I really liked the combination of styles. I know it's hard to get rid of pieces that you love. I am in the process of remodeling my master bedroom, currently installing new carpet and had to get rid of an old chair, table combo that doesn't go well with our new design. Hope that your new project is an exciting one!
