We had a fantastic weekend in New York spending time with friends & family and looking for home items & inspiration. We went to the Chelsea Flea market and the lighting district on Saturday and spotted some pretty pieces. I didn't buy much since I am on a limited budget and I have to really think hard about my purchases but I did buy a chandelier for our foyer! I'll share soon, promise!
Loved that rug but it wasn't the right size, lots of gorgeous gold frames...
and I was seriously tempted by these lamps!
This wasn't the flea market but they had some amazing stuff at the antique marketplace building nearby.
Oh and we ate way too much delicious food- Cafe Habana,
Levain bakery,
Doughnut plant, Shake shack, Bleeker Pizza...seriously I don't know how we ate so much in such a short amount of time! It's probably a good thing I don't live in NYC.
I love the photos of the finds, especially the rug!
