I just got a new rug from RUGS USA that I really love. It's the Surya Archive rug in Coral (of course coral!) I got the 5x8 because I was planning on using it in my entry but it looks so good in my house that I keep moving it from room to room- right now it's in the office.
The color and pattern are perfect and the flat weave has a nice, natural feel.

ReplyDeleteHello Caitlin, Just wanted to let your readers know that they should be wary of Rugs USA. I ordered a rug and waited two months for it. They said it was "held up in customs". Once it finally shipped they sent me the WRONG rug! A brown rug instead of a blue! I started investigating further online and this is a common theme with Rugs USA. Same excuses for everyone, wrong rugs mailed. So frustrating!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you were happy with their quality ... I've browsed their site and have considered ordering, but didn't know about their level of quality. I need a 10x14 (huge, I know!), they do have a few options, but their supply is a bit limited. Do you happen to know of a good source for a rug of that size (and I'd rather not spend a fortune). Thanks again for your lovely site!!!
ReplyDeleteWORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE AND STILL NO RUG! I literally spent hours trying to order a simple rug and still never got it. Live chats, emails, phone calls and an extremely rude customer service rep. I ordered a rug for $120, (and not the one I wanted, they actually told me there was only one rug I could order through Groupon after advertising over 20 rugs) fine, I still ordered it, well, I received and email stating for some reason the order didnt go through, shocker! So I logged back on the next day and tried to order again and the rug went up $119 and they would NOT HONOR the price from the day before when I ordered it. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Worst company I have ever had to deal with.
