Hi All, Jana here to share a recent Edesign success. When Andrea saw that Caitlin Wilson Textiles launched the Mint Deco Pillow, she could not wait to refresh her bedroom.
Andrea loves mint.
Initially she was convinced her bedroom should be a melange of mint. Her original inspiration image reflects her former stance.
As we worked together, and her personality came through, she realized her original tonal aspirations were a bit too formal for her tastes. Andrea is all about vintage, to the point of kitschy (you would have never known from the first image, right?) so when I recalled this image, from Real Simple, I thought it may be right up her alley. She fell in love with the coral & mint combination & from there it was easy.
We layered on mint hues, a beautiful bed frame (the shape & hue were spot on), the fabulous-Etsy found lamp (vintage but with a modern flair), & the Mint Fleur Chinoise pillow brings the whole look to life.
