What a fun project! I really love the subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, what a great update. The entry table is beautiful & grand. I bet the wallpaper in the guest bedroom is even more beautiful in person. The bright colors in the basement are so fun & I love those anthro chairs too. Great work.
Next time I'm in town I'll get Hailey to give me a tour. :)

I am in love with the Family room leather sofa. I currently have custom made chenile sectional. However it was purchased before our twins. This sofa would be perfect. Would you be able to share where it's from? BTW, your whole blog is phenominal.
