TO-DO lists... {and my favorite christmas presents}


well, 2011 has started off with a bang. we just got back to Dubai and my TO-DO list is growing by the minute.  Over the next 3 weeks, I have to:

~pack all of our clothes and items we're taking to Hong Kong
~finish a few client projects here in Dubai
~ ship home any excess that I don't want to get rid of
~ sell all of our furniture, rugs, tv, dishes, etc. 
 (with the exception of my rock & swivel that I bought for $25, I just can't part with it)
~finish up some virtual design projects and start some new
~ sell our car
~ prep for a photo shoot of one of my client's homes
~ send home my roman shades, sheers, & olivia's drapes
~somehow try to keep this blog updated! 

LUCKILY, i have a darling clipboard {and tray} that my mom gave me for christmas to keep me looking at my lists and hopefully checking them off!

SO I HOPE YOU'LL UNDERSTAND IF I'M NOT BLOGGING EVERYDAY OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS...I'LL TRY MY BEST!

    I have a similar to-do list...moving is fun, isn't it?
    We're outta here on the 31st...

    Isn't it fun getting the car prepped to sale (emissions, brakes, etc, eh!?)

    The only difference for me is, I don't have a busy design business and a toddler! So, i'm on easy street.

    One day, we'll have a stable home of our own right?

    Good luck with the move! That is crazy that you have to sell all your furniture, did I read that right?

    I've been reading your blog for a couple of months and am impressed not only by your design style, but also by how much you accomplish between running a design business, being a mom, travelling...I'm confident that all of the items on your list will be checked off in 3 weeks' time.
