My family loves dining out in rooftop restaurants. Good food plus a great view make a perfect match. And it gets even better with your loved ones around. =)
It's good that the wall is made high enough to ensure the safety of the kids, and low enough to allow for a great view from above. They also did a great job having a "brick-like wall" to give the feeling that your having a dinner in a patio or garden.
